Happy Fall! We are now one week into the Autumnal Equinox, and while it certainly doesn’t feel it, the Fall season is coming fast to the Valley. While many events and venues are holding off until next month the kick off the season as temperatures cool, there are still lots of things to do, eat and see in the coming weeks.

What’s Being Built in Downtown Indio?
Downtown Indio is finally going a little vertical. Skyline—a four-story, mixed-use project at Oasis & Bliss, a block off Miles Ave—will bring 64 market-rate studios, one- and two-bedrooms over ground-floor retail (tenants TBD) on 1.4 acres. Expect a resort-size pool, fitness center, and smart tech in every unit, plus gated, assigned parking. Delivery is targeted for early 2026 (the city agreement requires completion by April 2026). It’s a key piece of the downtown revival alongside the new City Hall and COD campus, with more mixed-use in the pipeline—and an easy walk to the growing cluster of restaurants and shops on Miles and Oasis.
